Salary: $180,000 - $225,000

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure for internal stakeholders and core business functions
• Define, develop, and refine data governance, monitoring, and quality standards company-wide
• Partner with Product and Engineering to integrate data needs early in the product lifecycle and advocate for best practices
• Collaborate with Analytics, Data Science, and Infrastructure teams to evolve the data architecture
• Own technical decisions on the data platform, from performance optimization to infrastructure-as-code

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a data engineer building scalable systems in a fast-paced tech environment
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with modern data platform stack: Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, Terraform
• Pragmatic approach to building for current and future scale
• Strong ownership, bias toward action in ambiguity, collaborative mindset, and passion for the mission

Nice to have

• Familiarity with visualization tools like Metabase or Jupyter Notebooks
