Staff Data Scientist (GTM/ML): Designing the brain behind revenue growth engine focused on cross-sell, upsell, and high-LTV opportunities for developers using hirify.global products with an accent on recommendation engines, leading indicators, and PLG initiatives. Focus on building ML models, generative AI capabilities, scalable data pipelines, and data products integrated into GTM workflows to drive actionable business outcomes.

Location: Remote and based in the USA, not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA, San Francisco/Oakland/San Jose CA areas or surrounding

Salary: $155,520–$228,700 (tiered by location: Tier 3 $155k–$194k, Tier 2 $165k–$206k, Tier 1 $183k–$229k) + equity + bonus

What you will do

• Translate business objectives into data science roadmap prioritizing high-LTV growth.
• Analyze self-service funnel and sales graduation to uncover optimizations via data products.
• Build ML models for revenue indicators and recommendation engines for next-best-actions.
• Measure incremental impact of data products proving true ROI.
• Leverage ML and generative AI for PLG initiatives.
• Partner with Data Engineering on GTM data architecture and integrate products into stakeholder workflows (Slack, CRM, etc.).
• Create documentation, dashboards, and reports for executives.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Data Science/ML in GTM/Growth (SaaS preferred)
• 5+ years Applied Statistics/ML/experimentation (A/B testing)
• Expert Python/R, SQL, ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch/TensorFlow)
• Deploying models to production, scalable pipelines (Airflow, dbt, Spark)
• Experience with Generative AI projects
• Strong GTM metrics knowledge (CAC, LTV, ARR, etc.)
• Clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Degree in quantitative field (stats, math, physics, etc.); Masters preferred
• 5+ years quantitative analysis at tech/consulting/investment/product firm
