TL;DR

FP&I; Senior Analyst (SaaS): Providing data-centric processes and analysis to support strategic and operational decisions for the Customer organization with an accent on functional business partnering. Focus on turning financial data into decision-ready summaries and driving scalable growth tied to revenue milestones.

Location: Brazil (100% Remote or Hybrid for Serra Gaúcha or São Paulo residents)

What you will do

  • Drive accountability through rigorous monthly reporting and variance analysis for senior management.
  • Coordinate end-to-end Annual Budget and rolling Forecast cycles for the Customer Organization.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team during month-end close to ensure revenue recognition and cost allocation accuracy.
  • Act as the primary financial co-pilot for Professional Services and Customer Success leadership.
  • Synthesize fragmented data into a single source of truth for executive planning and board-level reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or relevant qualification (ACA/CIMA preferred).
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Solid experience in Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering, or FP&A, including month-end variance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong modeling capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite EPM, Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce.
  • Professional Services or SaaS industry experience.
