What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end design of compensation plans for sellers across all GTM channels.
- Align plan designs and quotas by collaborating with Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, and Revenue Operations.
- Manage governance plan policies, including true-ups, exceptions, and sales contract terms.
- Serve as a strategic consultant to senior GTM and Sales Finance leaders.
- Translate complex compensation data into actionable business insights to drive strategy.
Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience in global sales incentive design within the tech/SaaS industry.
- Top-tier analytical skillset with expert-level modeling capabilities.
- Experience managing large-scale data infrastructure.
- Must be based in the USA
