Salary: $98,035 – $110,000

What you will do

• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing small to mid-size business clients.
• Actively market SBA 7(a) loan opportunities to grow the business portfolio.
• Prepare and present credit analysis and recommendations on borrowing requests.
• Negotiate loan terms and conditions within the assigned scope of authority.
• Perform credit reviews to ensure strict compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Increase bank awareness through active community involvement and activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of experience in commercial credit and business development, specifically including SBA lending.
• Strong knowledge of SBA 7(a) lending products, rules, and regulations.
• Proven ability to underwrite and structure SBA credits.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
