What you will do

• Distill complex clinical processes into actionable product requirements to drive roadmap execution.
• Shape patient-facing and clinician-facing digital tools.
• Lead clinical oversight of AI-enabled features.
• Define safety guardrails, quality metrics, and risk frameworks.
• Translate behavioral health workflows into scalable digital solutions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, data, and operations teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years post-graduate experience, actively licensed (PsyD, PhD, MD, or DO)
• Experience in high-growth healthcare or digital health startups
• Partnered closely with product and engineering teams to build digital or AI-driven tools
• AI governance, risk frameworks, and clinical standards expertise
• Deep knowledge of quality, patient safety, and behavioral health operations
• Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills
