What you will do

• Own the multi-quarter product vision and roadmap for the Shoppable Media business, ensuring alignment with market trends.
• Lead and coach a team of product managers across discovery, definition, and delivery practices.
• Drive structured product discovery informed by client feedback, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.
• Translate customer and market needs into detailed PRDs, success metrics, and product briefs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams to define solutions and ensure successful execution.
• Monitor post-launch product performance and use data-driven insights to guide iteration and lifecycle decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a product area within B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing other product managers.
• Experience in commerce, retail media, martech, or adjacent digital advertising ecosystems.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to make structured, data-informed product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence to influence senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-commerce trends, digital attribution, or retail media ecosystems.
• Experience in B2B2C or enterprise platforms.
