What you will do
- Monitor provider network health by tracking competency, compliance, clinical quality, and performance indicators at scale
- Lead clinical education function: define vision, roadmaps, secure resources, and execute provider education initiatives
- Develop targeted programs to upskill providers on standards, documentation, billing, and compliance using network insights
- Design lifecycle learning experiences including onboarding, CE/CME, evidence-based training, and specialty curricula with experts
- Manage LMS and community platforms for content delivery, tracking, credentialing, and engagement analytics
- Build provider community via webinars, peer learning, and town halls; own education KPIs and iterate with data
- Partner cross-functionally with Clinical, Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Growth, and Data teams
Requirements
- Actively licensed as therapist, clinical psychologist, PMHNP-BC, or psychiatrist (MD/DO) with 10+ years mental health experience
- Deep expertise in clinical education, adult learning, instructional design, competency-based education, CE/CME processes
- Hands-on LMS experience (e.g., Docebo, Canvas); content authoring, tracking, system integration
- High-growth healthcare/healthtech experience supporting large distributed provider networks
- Strong data skills for measuring program ROI using analytics tools (Looker, spreadsheets, surveys)
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management; translate clinical concepts for diverse audiences
- Builder mindset: thrive in ambiguity, prioritize, define new functions
