TL;DR
Learning Experience Designer (Education): Designing and developing rich, engaging, and scalable learning experiences for the North American workforce with an accent on user-centric design principles and role-specific learning assets. Focus on creating immersive modalities including generative AI, simulations, and gamification to drive business outcomes.
Location: Must be based in the US. Available as remote within the US or hybrid in Denver, CO or Ashburn, VA (3 days onsite required).
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 Base + Bonus

What you will do
- Conduct gap analysis to develop clear, measurable objectives and metrics tied to business outcomes.
- Consult with stakeholders and SMEs regarding learning methodology and instructional design principles.
- Design and develop comprehensive curriculums and certification programs using generative AI and adult learning theory.
- Create engaging learning assets including audio, video, animations, simulations, and gamified elements.
- Oversee instructional design projects to ensure timely completion and effective stakeholder communication.
- Maintain project documentation, auditing criteria, and compliance regulations.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US (remote or hybrid in Denver/Ashburn).
- 3+ years of instructional design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptualization and production of graphics, video, and e-learning.
- Proficiency with Articulate Rise & Storyline, Easygenerator, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience building scenario-based learning experiences and simulations.
- 1-2 years of experience within a Data Center organization.
Nice to have
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Instructional Design, UX, HCI, or Computer Science.
- Experience integrating AR/VR and immersive interactive experiences.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technologies.
