Salary: $169,284 - $253,926 USD (depending on tier/location)

What you will do

• Define and evolve the Customer Education strategy, mapping content to customer segments and lifecycle stages.
• Lead and develop a team of education specialists and multimedia content producers.
• Partner with Product Marketing to embed education content into every product launch.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Support to identify and fill education content gaps.
• Build and scale the hirify.global Learning Hub as a best-in-class self-serve education destination.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to measure feature activation, Help Center deflection, and time-to-value.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in customer education, content strategy, or instructional design.
• 3+ years in a director-level or equivalent senior leadership role managing teams.
• Proven track record of building and scaling customer education in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience developing multi-format content strategy (video, multimedia, written documentation).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (no immigration sponsorship available).
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into strategic decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience at a multi-product SaaS company.
• Familiarity with LMS and knowledge base platforms like Zendesk Guide or Guru.
• Background in instructional design or curriculum development for adult learners.
• Experience overseeing multimedia or video content production at scale.
