What you will do

• Lead content catalogue audits, taxonomy, metadata tagging, search optimization, and UI improvements for digital learning platforms.
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to develop scalable learning in formats like live sessions, on-demand modules, microlearning, and interactive multimedia.
• Support LMS administration with user permissions, content uploads, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor engagement metrics and knowledge lift KPIs to recommend data-driven UX enhancements.
• Manage projects independently, handling timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years designing learning solutions in innovative industries like SaaS, healthcare tech, edtech, or enterprise learning.
• Excellent project management and communication skills in matrixed environments.
• Experience leveraging metadata, taxonomy, and search for content discoverability.
• Proficiency with LMS and content authoring tools like Camtasia and Articulate 360 across diverse delivery formats.

Nice to have

• Experience with Thought Industries LMS, digital badging, and Zendesk.
• Healthcare industry and value-based care background.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, data analysis, UX principles, video editing.
• Relevant certifications in eLearning or LMS.
