What you will do
- Lead content catalogue audits, taxonomy, metadata tagging, search optimization, and UI improvements for digital learning platforms.
- Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to develop scalable learning in formats like live sessions, on-demand modules, microlearning, and interactive multimedia.
- Support LMS administration with user permissions, content uploads, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor engagement metrics and knowledge lift KPIs to recommend data-driven UX enhancements.
- Manage projects independently, handling timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years designing learning solutions in innovative industries like SaaS, healthcare tech, edtech, or enterprise learning.
- Excellent project management and communication skills in matrixed environments.
- Experience leveraging metadata, taxonomy, and search for content discoverability.
- Proficiency with LMS and content authoring tools like Camtasia and Articulate 360 across diverse delivery formats.
Nice to have
- Experience with Thought Industries LMS, digital badging, and Zendesk.
- Healthcare industry and value-based care background.
- Strong technical troubleshooting, data analysis, UX principles, video editing.
- Relevant certifications in eLearning or LMS.
