Salary: $86,100 – $120,500

What you will do
- Coordinate and deliver customized clinical and technical training for Basic and Standard clients.
- Assess client operations and recommend optimized workflows to maximize the use of MCG solutions.
- Develop and manage training programs, user guides, reference materials, and FAQs.
- Conduct webinars, workshops, and on-site educational events for healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with product teams to advocate for customer needs and prioritize feature requests.
- Design specialized training curricula for physicians, nurses, and utilization review specialists.
Requirements
- Active, current, and unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States.
- Associate’s degree in nursing.
- 3 years of experience as an RN in an acute care setting.
- 5 years of experience and advanced knowledge in utilization, case, or disease management.
- Ability to travel up to 50%-70% of the time to client sites and events.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing or a related field.
- Active and current Case Management Certification.
- ATD Master Trainer or Certified Technical Trainer Professional (CTT+) certification.
- Familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts.
- Experience in health plan operations or healthcare-related training.
