Clinical Educator (Medtech)

What you will do

• Coordinate and deliver customized clinical and technical training for Basic and Standard clients.
• Assess client operations and recommend optimized workflows to maximize the use of MCG solutions.
• Develop and manage training programs, user guides, reference materials, and FAQs.
• Conduct webinars, workshops, and on-site educational events for healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with product teams to advocate for customer needs and prioritize feature requests.
• Design specialized training curricula for physicians, nurses, and utilization review specialists.

Requirements

• Active, current, and unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States.
• Associate’s degree in nursing.
• 3 years of experience as an RN in an acute care setting.
• 5 years of experience and advanced knowledge in utilization, case, or disease management.
• Ability to travel up to 50%-70% of the time to client sites and events.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing or a related field.
• Active and current Case Management Certification.
• ATD Master Trainer or Certified Technical Trainer Professional (CTT+) certification.
• Familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts.
• Experience in health plan operations or healthcare-related training.
