TL;DR

Location: Hybrid position based in Boston, MA. Candidate must be able to travel up to one week per month.

Salary: $128,070 – $156,530

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy aligned with business goals and values.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate onboarding, compliance, technical, and leadership development programs.
  • Conduct training needs analyses using data and feedback to identify skill gaps with Sales Directors.
  • Establish metrics to evaluate the ROI and effectiveness of training programs.
  • Manage annual training plans, budgets, and relationships with external industry experts.
  • Ensure all training materials and programs meet regulatory, legal, and company standards.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in life sciences, including field sales experience.
  • 6+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device training.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs at scale.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, Veeva Promomats, and Adobe tools.
  • Must be based in Boston, MA for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

Nice to have

  • Respiratory experience strongly preferred.
