Focus on delivering story-driven demonstrations, responding to RFPs, and collaborating with Product and Engineering to shape sales strategy and roadmap.

What you will do

  • Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover customer requirements, integration needs, and success criteria.
  • Deliver tailored, story-driven product demonstrations connecting platform capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain proof-of-concept environments and custom demo sandboxes for strategic deals.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires accurately.
  • Document technical requirements for smooth handoff to Customer Success and partner with Product/Engineering on roadmap insights.
  • Develop reusable technical collateral and collaborate cross-functionally on sales strategy.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Pre-Sales role at a SaaS company.
  • Strong command of cloud software architecture, REST APIs, and modern integration patterns.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM.
  • Ability to manage multiple evaluations while maintaining quality.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on scripting or coding experience (Python or JavaScript).
  • Domain expertise in FinTech, HealthTech, or Enterprise SaaS.
  • Familiarity with SOC 2, GDPR, or HIPAA.
  • Relevant certifications (AWS, Salesforce, MEDDIC).
