What you will do
- Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover customer requirements, integration needs, and success criteria.
- Deliver tailored, story-driven product demonstrations connecting platform capabilities to business outcomes.
- Build and maintain proof-of-concept environments and custom demo sandboxes for strategic deals.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires accurately.
- Document technical requirements for smooth handoff to Customer Success and partner with Product/Engineering on roadmap insights.
- Develop reusable technical collateral and collaborate cross-functionally on sales strategy.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Pre-Sales role at a SaaS company.
- Strong command of cloud software architecture, REST APIs, and modern integration patterns.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM.
- Ability to manage multiple evaluations while maintaining quality.
Nice to have
- Hands-on scripting or coding experience (Python or JavaScript).
- Domain expertise in FinTech, HealthTech, or Enterprise SaaS.
- Familiarity with SOC 2, GDPR, or HIPAA.
- Relevant certifications (AWS, Salesforce, MEDDIC).
