Base Salary Range: $163,000 - $220,000 USD

What you will do

• Act as technical expert for AI capabilities including machine learning, GenAI, agentic frameworks, data modeling, and planning applications.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover business needs and AI transformation opportunities.
• Design, build, and deliver tailored demos, AI workshops, and proofs-of-concept in customer context.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and partner teams to position multi-product AI solutions and close deals.
• Provide customer insights to shape hirify.global's AI platform development.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical presales, solution engineering, or data analytics role (SaaS/enterprise software preferred).
• Deep knowledge of enterprise AI platforms, GenAI, agentic frameworks, machine learning (forecasting, optimization), and data integration.
• Experience with enterprise planning processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales Performance) highly preferred.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts simply and persuasively with public speaking experience.
• Creative problem-solving at technology-business intersection.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with EPM, CPM, BI, or ERP systems.
