What you will do
- Act as technical leader in machine learning and drive full life-cycle ML projects from research to production.
- Lead technical efforts within the team and across other teams.
- Build, experiment with, optimize, and deploy ML models including predictive modeling, reinforcement learning, and causal inference.
- Run A/B experiments, perform statistical analysis, and establish scalable data analysis processes.
- Collaborate with software engineers to productionize ML models.
- Research new ML approaches, recruit scientists, and mentor team members.
Requirements
- 4+ years of applied research experience.
- 3+ years of managing scientists or machine learning engineers.
- 3+ years of building ML models for business applications.
- PhD or Master's degree + 6+ years of applied research experience.
- Knowledge of ML, NLP, Information Retrieval, and Analytics.
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python, or related language.

- Experience building complex software systems involving deep learning, machine learning, and computer vision delivered to customers.
