What you will do

• Act as technical leader in machine learning and drive full life-cycle ML projects from research to production.
• Lead technical efforts within the team and across other teams.
• Build, experiment with, optimize, and deploy ML models including predictive modeling, reinforcement learning, and causal inference.
• Run A/B experiments, perform statistical analysis, and establish scalable data analysis processes.
• Collaborate with software engineers to productionize ML models.
• Research new ML approaches, recruit scientists, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• 4+ years of applied research experience.
• 3+ years of managing scientists or machine learning engineers.
• 3+ years of building ML models for business applications.
• PhD or Master's degree + 6+ years of applied research experience.
• Knowledge of ML, NLP, Information Retrieval, and Analytics.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python, or related language.
