TL;DR

Focus on managing complex end-to-end sales cycles and implementing strategic growth plans within the West US territory.

Location: Remote (USA - West Region)

Salary: $240,000–$300,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Sell hirify.global DXP solutions to net-new enterprise logos within the West territory.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle including prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, and account strategy.
  • Position the hirify.global suite to C-level executives using a consultative, problem-solving approach.
  • Collaborate with the hirify.global partner network, SDRs, and Presales teams to drive growth.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value enterprise opportunities.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in enterprise software sales with a focus on net-new business and high-value negotiations.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota targets.
  • Experience selling complex SaaS solutions and managing the entire sales cycle at pace.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize opportunities within a specific US territory.
  • Must be eligible for employment in the US (E-verify will be used).

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in MEDDIC sales methodology.
  • Experience selling SaaS MarTech solutions.
  • Training in Command of the Message.
