Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 + competitive equity

What you’ll do

• Own technical delivery lifecycle: environment setup, SSO configuration, integrations, workflow builds, and go-live
• Scope and execute integrations including SSO/SAML/OAuth, data connectivity, and API-based systems
• Design and build custom AI workflows, agents, matrices, and templates with AI Strategists
• Lead prompt engineering, process engineering, and context engineering for optimized AI outputs
• Architect solutions connecting hirify.global to customer data and tools
• Partner with AI Strategist to translate business needs into technical systems
• Surface customer feedback to Engineering and Product; build reusable playbooks and templates

Requirements

• 2-5 years in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or engineering-adjacent role
• Experience building and deploying LLM-powered workflows: prompt engineering, agent frameworks, LLM orchestration
• Shipped integrations: REST APIs, SSO/SAML/OAuth, system connectivity
• Strong with structured data, configuration, modern software stacks
• Turn business problems into production solutions independently
• Clear communicator for technical and end-user audiences
• High ownership in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
