TL;DR

Manager of Applied AI Architecture, Enterprise Tech (Cyber) (AI): Driving adoption of hirify.global's AI products (Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, API) in enterprise tech companies with an accent on pre-sales technical excellence, use case scoping, POC execution, and safe AI integration. Focus on leading and growing the team, building GTM strategies, mentoring architects, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders for high-value customer AI transformations.

Location: Hybrid in New York City, NY; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA (at least 25% time in office)

Salary: $270,000 - $345,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage and mentor a team of Applied AI Architects, providing technical guidance and career development
  • Set goals, conduct reviews, and promote team growth and productivity
  • Work with high-value Enterprise Tech customers on AI adoption strategies, including pre-sales use case scoping, technical champion building, and POC execution
  • Partner with GTM leadership to co-build strategies driving adoption for Enterprise Tech (Cyber) customers
  • Own technical portions of pre-sales engagements, delivering compelling demos and validating ROI
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to unify stakeholders and achieve business outcomes
  • Lead vision and execution of innovative AI solutions leveraging latest models for tech-forward use cases
  • Contribute to thought leadership via presentations, webinars, and technical content

Requirements

  • 7+ years as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales technical role
  • 3+ years technical go-to-market management, specifically managing pre-sales teams
  • Experience selling to digital-native customers (Vertical/Horizontal Enterprise SaaS, Consumer Tech, PaaS)
  • Deep proficiency with enterprise AI deployments, API integrations, production LLM use cases
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, coaching abilities
  • Strong executive presence and relationship-building with technical leaders
  • Familiarity with LLMs/ML architecture, prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, AI system design
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field

Nice to have

  • 5+ years leading solution architect teams through hypergrowth (10→50+ people)
  • Hands-on AI/ML experience with enterprise integrations and C-level engagements in $10M+ deals
  • Success adapting technical approaches across customer segments from startups to Fortune 500
