Preferred: Los Angeles or San Francisco. Remote candidates will also be considered for the right fit.

Competitive Base Salary - $12,000-$18,000/month

What you will do

• Identify and build relationships with celebrities, athletes, and high-profile public figures.
• Source and close partnerships, structuring agreements like revenue-share, licensing, and ambassador deals.
• Lead full partnership lifecycle: outreach, negotiation, cross-functional collaboration with legal, marketing, and product teams.
• Develop cultural collaborations on content, campaigns, and AI-powered video experiments.
• Maintain ongoing talent relationships, ensuring great platform experience and partnership expansion.
• Contribute to strategic programs bringing influential voices to the platform.

Requirements

• 5–10 years in talent/entertainment partnerships, business development, or creator economy deals.
• Experience with celebrities, athletes, or high-profile figures.
• Proven track record sourcing and closing partnership deals.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving startup.
• Strong cultural instincts for translating partnerships into reach and relevance.

• AI-native mindset: comfortable using AI tools to research, generate ideas, and 10x effectiveness.
