What you will do

  • Set Growth Partnerships strategy across consumer products, B2B units, balancing short-term growth, distribution, and long-term product bets.
  • Lead major consumer partnerships for ChatGPT with banks, telcos, payments, OEMs, media, and platforms, focusing on user experience and economics.
  • Drive B2B and ecosystem partnerships for ChatGPT Business and API adoption via marketplaces and developer platforms.
  • Own senior negotiations, cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
  • Build and lead a global Growth Partnerships team, define targets, instrumentation, and operating cadence for KPI impact.
  • Represent partnerships in executive reviews, communicating tradeoffs on strategy, resourcing, and risks.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in strategic partnerships, product partnerships, business development, or growth at scaled consumer/B2B tech companies
  • Track record of partnership motions driving growth via integrations, platforms, and distribution
  • Deep experience collaborating with Product and Engineering on scope, milestones, and post-launch iteration
  • Excellence in complex deal-making across product, commercial, legal, and operational terms
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and high judgment with C-level presence
  • Analytical, metrics-driven with fluency in funnels, cohorts, retention, ROI; operator mindset for systems and execution
  • Exceptional communication for documents, narratives, and decisions
