Location: New York City, United States. Travel up to 25% within region expected.
Salary: $147,000 - $198,000 USD

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers with ~$5M ARR, improving value/ROI, securing renewals, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Monitor end-user adoption, build action plans, and guide platform expansion aligned to business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, professional services, partners, product, support, and community teams to drive success.
- Ensure successful implementations, mediate issues, advocate best practices, and promote community engagement.
- Run regular check-ins, educate on platform roadmap, and coach on delivery/change management.
Requirements
- 5+ years in account management, consulting, or client services.
- Customer-first mentality, proactive attitude, urgency under pressure.
- Strong project/program management, multitasking, prioritization skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Curiosity about customer operations and ability to translate technical info.
- Experience with technology for portfolio management; model building/forecasting a plus.
