Sr. Customer Success Business Partner (hirify.global Platform): Ensuring enterprise customers adopt solutions, realize value and identify growth opportunities with an accent on strategic account management, adoption monitoring, and implementation support. Focus on handling high-ARR portfolios, securing renewals, spotting expansion opportunities, and collaborating with sales, services, and partners.

Location: New York City, United States. Travel up to 25% within region expected.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers with ~$5M ARR, improving value/ROI, securing renewals, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Monitor end-user adoption, build action plans, and guide platform expansion aligned to business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales, professional services, partners, product, support, and community teams to drive success.
  • Ensure successful implementations, mediate issues, advocate best practices, and promote community engagement.
  • Run regular check-ins, educate on platform roadmap, and coach on delivery/change management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in account management, consulting, or client services.
  • Customer-first mentality, proactive attitude, urgency under pressure.
  • Strong project/program management, multitasking, prioritization skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Curiosity about customer operations and ability to translate technical info.
  • Experience with technology for portfolio management; model building/forecasting a plus.
