What you will do

• Develop and own holistic change strategies and plans to ensure initiatives are successfully adopted and embedded.
• Build strong, credible relationships across all business levels to ensure change lands effectively.
• Drive business readiness and ensure teams feel confident and supported throughout the transformation.
• Ensure change is sustained and continues to drive value beyond the go-live phase.
• Partner with project teams and product owners to design effective change strategies for transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Change, Change Management, or people-focused transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of change frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR, APMG, or Kotter.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including confidence with senior leaders.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, simple messages for diverse audiences.
• Experience delivering change within technology-enabled transformation programmes.
• Must be based in the UK to support hybrid work in Leeds, Manchester, or Marlow.
