What you will do

• Lead full-service clinical projects (Ph I-IV) independently, managing budgets and scope of work.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and participating in bid defenses.
• Oversee all functional areas including data management, safety, clinical monitoring, and biostatistics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with senior management and C-level stakeholders.
• Prepare and review study documentation, protocols, site contracts, and project plans.

Requirements

• Degree in life sciences or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in a full-service/global Project Management role working in the CRO industry is essential.
• 5-7 years of industry experience, with at least 4 years in clinical trial project management.
• Experience managing studies specifically within Oncology.
• Strong understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development processes.
• Proficiency in the English language (written and spoken) is required.
