What you will do

• Co-own the internal AI roadmap, identifying and building business cases for AI agents across internal departments.
• Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of at least 10 high-impact AI agents within the first 90 days.
• Translate stakeholder needs from Finance, HR, and Legal into realistic and buildable technical specifications.
• Develop a prioritization framework to rank opportunities based on impact, cost-to-build, and ROI.
• Collaborate with dedicated engineers to scale AI capabilities and internal tool efficiency.
• Stay at the bleeding edge of agentic AI, including RAG and fine-tuning, to ensure internal tools remain top-tier.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Technical Product Management experience shipping complex backend systems, APIs, or data-intensive products.
• Deep passion for AI, with hands-on experience playing with LLMs, RAG, and agent frameworks.
• Proven ability to ship products in fast-paced environments with a 2-week shipping cadence.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills to negotiate requirements with department heads.
• Strong analytical rigor to build business cases and analyze performance metrics like latency and cost.
• Technical literacy to lead architectural discussions regarding model performance and system trade-offs.
