What you will do

• Own platform vision, roadmap, and prioritization for document intelligence, APIs, developer platform, and model orchestration serving SMB and mortgage units.
• Drive end-to-end human-in-the-loop learning systems, partner with ML teams on accuracy improvements, and strategize agentic services for workflow automation.
• Define developer-facing APIs, documentation, webhooks, and integration patterns with focus on reliability, latency, and ergonomics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, engineering, and executives to align on architecture, tradeoffs, and capacity.
• Lead team of PMs, define metrics/SLAs, ship iteratively, and prototype solutions hands-on.

Requirements

• 8-14 years in product management, 3+ years owning platform/infrastructure/developer products
• Technical background to reason about system design and engage senior engineers
• Deep AI/ML fluency with production experience building/scaling AI-powered products/platforms
• Hands-on builder: prototype/code to test ideas
• Track record at growth-stage companies (Series B-D), cross-functional leadership, managing PMs
• Fintech/lending/document processing experience
