What you will do

• Define and enforce engineering standards, coding conventions, and quality gates across Development PODs.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical decision approvals for POD teams.
• Manage the technical onboarding process, including profile approval, orientation, and quality check-ins.
• Act as the primary technical representative in bi-weekly stakeholder sessions and monthly reviews.
• Translate client needs into actionable technical direction for the delivery team.
• Contribute to POD design, sizing, and solutioning documentation during pre-sales and wave planning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 3 years in a tech lead or senior engineering role.
• Strong expertise in clean code, CI/CD, automated testing, and code review culture.
• Experience working in distributed, nearshore, or offshore delivery models.
• Background in retail tech, e-commerce, or enterprise product companies.
• Proficiency in cloud-native development using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• High English level required.
