What you will do

• Build and lead a new R&D team responsible for core components of hirify.global Conjur Cloud.
• Collaborate daily with Product, UX, and R&D teams in Israel and other global locations.
• Mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to a team of talented engineers.
• Plan and design scalable, secure cloud services using modern architectural patterns.
• Manage the full SDLC to ensure software meets time, scope, security, and quality goals.
• Foster a culture of engineering excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a hands-on team leader.
• 5+ years of experience with Java, C#, or Python.
• Proven track record leading teams through the full SDLC.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Agile processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience working in a global R&D organization and product-focused companies.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
• PostgreSQL and database performance optimization skills.
• Knowledge of Secrets Management, Identity Security, or Cloud Security.
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade software for regulated environments.
