What you will do

• Plan, execute, and deliver program performance results including metrics like brand lift and ROI to internal teams.
• Interpret statistical methods to identify concerns around statistical significance, patterns, trends, and correlations.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics, Operations, and Sales teams to understand brand needs and investigate performance inputs.
• Present complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years proven experience in a similar role with ownership of research projects and calendars.
• Strong analytical mindset with working knowledge of statistical analysis.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Healthcare / Life Sciences industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating compelling data visualizations.
