What you will do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including pre-boarding and exit interviews.
• Maintain and manage employee data to ensure accuracy and completeness in Workday HRIS.
• Prepare and validate payroll-related data and coordinate salary change operations.
• Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries.
• Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and generate reports to provide actionable HR insights.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of People & Culture/HR operations.
• Strong experience working with Workday HRIS and employee data management.
• Fluent French and advanced English proficiency.
• Analytical skills to interpret and report on HR data.
• High attention to detail and strong prioritization abilities.
• Must be based in Paris, France.
