What you will do

• Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for France, including onboarding, contract management, and offboarding.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for France-based employees and managers on People Operations policies.
• Manage all leave of absence cases end-to-end in compliance with French labor law.
• Maintain Workday data integrity and collaborate with People Technology on system enhancements.
• Partner with Payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll inputs.
• Identify and lead process improvements focused on automation, ticket deflection, and self-service.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive experience in HR or People Operations.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in French labor law, social security, and payroll inputs.
• Demonstrated experience managing leaves of absence and employee lifecycle events independently.
• Must be based in the Paris area for hybrid work.
