Location: Fully onsite in Lisbon, Portugal. Relocation support is available.

Salary: €18K – €25K

What you will do

• Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and employee data management.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, job postings, and scheduling via Ashby.
• Develop and update internal HR processes, SOPs, and templates to ensure compliance.
• Handle onboarding logistics to ensure smooth integration for new hires.
• Respond to employee inquiries and support internal people programs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing.
• Hands-on experience with Ashby ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Background in HR operations including payroll and benefits.
• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
• Familiarity with the Portuguese labor law framework.
