TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in Cluj-Napoca, Romania

What you will do

  • Act as the first point of contact for Tier 1 HR inquiries across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, and offboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Generate and analyze reports to support HR operations, audits, and business decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise to resolve complex cases.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and maintain knowledge base documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations or shared services, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Proficiency in French (minimum B2 level).
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
