What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal movements.
• Administer employee records, handle leave management, and support payroll documentation.
• Operate the employee support service desk via Jira, maintaining SLAs and a People knowledge base.
• Draft and issue compliant HR documentation such as contracts and promotion letters.
• Ensure data integrity across HR systems and support internal audit and compliance processes.
• Assist with handbook updates, policy maintenance, and the implementation of process automation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in People Operations or HR Administration.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of employment laws, ideally covering Greece, France, and Germany.
• Proficiency in HR systems, with BambooHR and Culture Amp being a strong advantage.
• Strong digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with professional discretion.

• Fluency in Greek and/or French.
