What you will do
- Conduct hands-on business development and direct sales focused on private sector (B2B), with public sector as a plus.
- Contribute to market entry in the Netherlands: build pipeline, customer base, and market presence with the Country Manager.
- Act as operational support to the Country Manager, leveraging German headquarters for delivery, product, and operations.
- Identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and execute local strategies to scale SaaS portfolio.
- Acquire new customers, manage key accounts, and build networks of customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Delivery, Legal Engineering, AI Engineering) and align with Product and Marketing for Dutch market positioning.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, STEM, or comparable.
- Several years in Business Development, Sales, or Key Account Management; private sector required, SaaS/tech preferred.
- Dutch (C2), English (C1); additional languages a plus.
- Understanding of SaaS models, cloud technologies, digital transformation.
- Strong closing mindset, strategic thinking, C-level communication, negotiation skills.
- Experience with agile methods; high ownership and builder mindset.
