Salary: €150,000–€170,000 OTE

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop the Benelux Channel team, ensuring strong execution and skill development.
- Manage a portfolio of the most strategic partners, owning joint business planning and pipeline development.
- Contribute to the Regional Management Team to shape and execute GTM strategy for the region.
- Develop and execute the Benelux Channel Development Plan, including partner segmentation and recruitment.
- Align internal resources such as AEs, SEs, and Marketing to support partners effectively.
- Maintain CRM (SFDC) discipline, tracking all major activities and ensuring forecasting accuracy.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- Must be based in the Netherlands.
- Proven experience in reseller and channel sales, including people leadership.
- Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of partner GTM models and economics.
- Ability to interpret financial statements and align success criteria with partners.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
