Location: Based in the Netherlands (relocation not included)

Salary: €150,000–€170,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Benelux Channel team, ensuring strong execution and skill development.
  • Manage a portfolio of the most strategic partners, owning joint business planning and pipeline development.
  • Contribute to the Regional Management Team to shape and execute GTM strategy for the region.
  • Develop and execute the Benelux Channel Development Plan, including partner segmentation and recruitment.
  • Align internal resources such as AEs, SEs, and Marketing to support partners effectively.
  • Maintain CRM (SFDC) discipline, tracking all major activities and ensuring forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Must be based in the Netherlands.
  • Proven experience in reseller and channel sales, including people leadership.
  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of partner GTM models and economics.
  • Ability to interpret financial statements and align success criteria with partners.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
