TL;DR

Senior Channel Marketing Manager (SaaS/Legal AI): Designing and executing partner marketing strategies across APAC and EMEA to drive pipeline growth through 300+ partners with an accent on demand generation and localization. Focus on building structured co-marketing programs, optimizing the partner portal, and supporting the market entry into Spain.

Location: Hybrid (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, Sydney). Local candidates are expected to be in the office at least twice per week.

Salary: €82,000 – €111,000 EUR

What you will do

  • Own partner marketing strategy and execution across APAC and EMEA to achieve Channel New MRR targets.
  • Develop and manage structured demand programs and co-marketing activities (webinars, events, joint email campaigns) to generate qualified pipeline.
  • Manage the partner communication calendar, including quarterly newsletters and product launch announcements.
  • Create and localize content for the Partner Portal across diverse international audiences.
  • Drive GTM execution for the launch of hirify.global Manage and Work in Spain.
  • Track and report on MDF ROI, partner activation rates, and campaign-to-opportunity conversions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven track record of executing co-marketing programs that deliver measurable pipeline results.
  • Experience localizing content and campaigns for multiple international regions.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple markets simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Experience with MDF (Market Development Funds) programs or partner portal management.
  • Familiarity with legal technology or professional services markets.
