Senior Manager, Customer Campaigns & Lifecycle Marketing (SaaS/AI): Leading a high-performing team to drive adoption and usage of the AI agent Fin and ’s helpdesk with an accent on full-lifecycle customer communications. Focus on managing omnichannel messaging, overseeing the marketing automation stack, and driving revenue through growth-oriented campaign strategies.
Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (minimum 3 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 autonomous individual contributors focusing on diverse company initiatives.
- Manage all customer marketing communications for product launches, events, and product changes across email and in-product channels.
- Drive adoption and usage of the Fin AI agent and the helpdesk product across the customer lifecycle (Activation, Usage, Expansion, Churn mitigation).
- Implement and oversee a significant overhaul of the customer marketing campaign tooling stack.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Growth, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Support teams.
- Accountable for the overall quality of team deliverables, including copy, design, data, and targeting.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in customer marketing and campaigns across the full customer lifecycle.
- 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring a professional team.
- Must be based in Dublin, Ireland, and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
- AI-first approach to marketing with proficiency in AI tooling, specifically Claude Code.
- Proven experience in the B2B SaaS, tech, or AI industry.
- Strong quantitative orientation and experience working with analytics and finance teams.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the platform and Marketo.
- Experience implementing various marketing automation and email platforms.
