What you will do

• Build and activate strategic multi-channel plans tailored to Europe supporting buyer journey from awareness to deal open.
• Create land and expand motions to test market viability in EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
• Deploy and manage demand generation campaigns across customer segments.
• Drive continuous improvement through testing and optimization to hit click, conversion, deal, and ROAS targets.
• Partner with product marketing, content, web, and demand gen teams on ad creative and landing pages.
• Collaborate with SDRs to educate on campaigns and build feedback loops for deal growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years running international demand generation campaigns that drive results.
• Experience with land and expand campaigns in new markets.
• Proactive performance monitoring and tactic adjustments for campaign success.
• Agility in testing new channels for brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Proven success with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with transparent written and verbal communication.
