Salary: €105K–€132K plus equity (£92K–£115K equivalent)

What you will do
- Build and activate strategic multi-channel plans tailored to Europe supporting buyer journey from awareness to deal open.
- Create land and expand motions to test market viability in EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
- Deploy and manage demand generation campaigns across customer segments.
- Drive continuous improvement through testing and optimization to hit click, conversion, deal, and ROAS targets.
- Partner with product marketing, content, web, and demand gen teams on ad creative and landing pages.
- Collaborate with SDRs to educate on campaigns and build feedback loops for deal growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years running international demand generation campaigns that drive results.
- Experience with land and expand campaigns in new markets.
- Proactive performance monitoring and tactic adjustments for campaign success.
- Agility in testing new channels for brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Proven success with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with transparent written and verbal communication.
