TL;DR

Field & Channel Marketing Manager (APAC): Developing and executing regional marketing strategies and channel partner programs to drive sales of Intelligent Network Operations software with an accent on demand generation and partner enablement. Focus on planning high-impact field events, managing regional budgets, and optimizing lead generation across the Asia Pacific and Middle East markets.

Location: Remote (Preferably based in Singapore or Australia; extensive travel within APAC required (50%))

What you will do

  • Plan and execute regional marketing events, conferences, and product demonstrations in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns TO and THROUGH channel partners including Distributors, VARs, and MSPs.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets and create localized marketing materials tailored to the APAC market.
  • Track campaign performance and report on key metrics such as SQLs, pipeline, and closed-won deals.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Demand Gen and Product Marketing to execute digital campaigns and content localization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, technology alliances (e.g., Cisco), and regional partners.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in field or channel partner marketing for enterprise software or networking technology.
  • Proven track record of marketing to, with, and through a broad spectrum of Channel Partners.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred) and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
  • Ability to use project management software (e.g., Monday.com) to track deliverables and dependencies.
  • Must be based in or be able to work within the APAC region, preferably in Singapore or Australia.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%) within the Asia Pacific region.

  • Experience operating within a global organization across different time zones and cultures.
  • Proficiency with Confluence or similar tools for project documentation.
