Location: Hybrid, based in our Barcelona offices.

Barcelona-based startup launching nanosatellites for global 5G IoT connectivity as a complement to terrestrial telecom networks.

What you will do

• Manage full onboarding journey from offer acceptance to 3-month check-ins, including pre-boarding emails, IT setup, and data tracking.
• Support internship recruitment: source candidates on LinkedIn and job boards, screen CVs, conduct intro calls, and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain ATS pipeline, manage university partnerships, and handle paperwork via DocuSign.
• Execute structured check-ins, manage buddy program, prepare welcome packs, and propose monthly process improvements.

Requirements

• Current student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in HR, Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration or similar; must be eligible for internship agreement (convenio) with university.
• Native Spanish (or equivalent) and high-level English (B2+); working with international colleagues.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail for juggling multiple processes.
• Curiosity and interest in tech/space sector.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in internships, volunteering, or people management.
• Basic knowledge of ATS (Teamtailor) or HRIS (Personio, PayFit).
• Catalan.
