Location: Hybrid (Macquarie Park, VIC) — 3 days in office, 2 days remote

What you will do

  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with Victorian Government clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Accountable for end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLAs and contractual obligations are consistently met.
  • Align hirify.global solutions to client business needs through strategic reviews and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Manage client satisfaction by overseeing issue resolution, incident escalation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Networks, and third-party vendors for high-value outcomes.
  • Monitor financial and operational performance, including revenue, costs, and margins.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience handling enterprise or government clients in customer success or service delivery.
  • Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations without direct authority.
  • Expertise in client success frameworks, including value realization and customer health measurement.
  • Solid operational expertise in SLA management and incident escalation across multiple service towers.
  • Deep understanding of telecommunications, network services, and IT solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for fast-paced environments.
