What you will do
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with Victorian Government clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Accountable for end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLAs and contractual obligations are consistently met.
- Align solutions to client business needs through strategic reviews and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Manage client satisfaction by overseeing issue resolution, incident escalation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Networks, and third-party vendors for high-value outcomes.
- Monitor financial and operational performance, including revenue, costs, and margins.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience handling enterprise or government clients in customer success or service delivery.
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations without direct authority.
- Expertise in client success frameworks, including value realization and customer health measurement.
- Solid operational expertise in SLA management and incident escalation across multiple service towers.
- Deep understanding of telecommunications, network services, and IT solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for fast-paced environments.
