TL;DR
Partner Enablement Manager (Legaltech): Designing and delivering partner training and certification programs for the EMEA and APAC regions to ensure high-quality platform implementations with an accent on scaling the partner ecosystem. Focus on translating complex product capabilities into practical training and managing the Certified Consultant program.
Location: Hybrid work environment; expectation for employees in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, and Sydney to be in the office at least twice per week.

What you will do
- Design and deliver training on the platform, including implementation best practices and solution workflows.
- Manage and expand the Certified Consultant program, including certification requirements and learning pathways.
- Collaborate with product and customer teams to prepare partners for new product launches and feature releases.
- Act as an escalation point for partner implementation challenges to improve delivery standards.
- Partner with regional channel leaders to conduct QBRs and track enablement adoption across EMEA and APAC.
- Support onboarding of new services partners to help them build scalable consulting practices.
Requirements
- Experience working with services, consultants, or implementation partners in a B2B SaaS or legal technology environment.
- Experience designing or delivering partner training, certification, or enablement programs focused on technical capability.
- Ability to translate complex product functionality into clear training and documentation.
- Strong collaboration skills for working across product, enablement, and customer-facing teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure program effectiveness and partner readiness.
