Location: Must be based in Sydney and in-office 3+ days a week, with travel to customer offices within Australia and New Zealand.

What you will do

• Open a new market for hirify.global, operating as a co-founder for the regional startup phase.
• Hire, lead, and manage a team of forward deployed engineers in the region.
• Design and architect bespoke API integrations to fit voice AI into customer products and operations.
• Engage with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders to identify and solve critical audio and voice AI pain points.
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to feed field insights back into AI models and software.
• Take end-to-end ownership of high-impact project execution for strategic partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to hire and develop high-performing technical teams.
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration for prototyping and demo building.
• Ability to align technical strategy with commercial objectives and revenue impact.
• Technical aptitude to quickly master voice and audio AI models and their applications.
