Location: Hybrid (Melbourne, Australia). Must be within commutable distance to the office

Salary: $90,000 AUD per year

What you will do

  • Meet with clients daily to deliver professional services and tailored solutions.
  • Configure platform features based on specific client workflows.
  • Handle platform integrations and migrate data from existing tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Collaborate with CS and R&D teams to optimize onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Native-level English proficiency.
  • Must be located within commutable distance to the Melbourne office.
  • Ability to work hybrid 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) in office.
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B customer-facing support or success experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude and curiosity for learning new tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
