What you will do
- Manage global field services including site surveys, installations, on-site support, and escalations.
- Create, improve, and communicate field service processes and scope of work.
- Work with procurement to contract field service providers and manage contractor relationships, training, and compliance.
- Champion health & safety and quality programs, including training, risk register, audits, and metrics tracking.
- Lead compliance and certification initiatives to implement industry best practices.
- Integrate field services into service delivery and support processes with automation.
Requirements
- Experienced in field services or safety operations.
- Familiar with quality and safety processes.
- Able to work across multiple functional teams.
- Minimal 10 years of experience in business environment.
- Understanding of global IT services and enterprise customer requirements.
- Experience with technology vendors, professional services, and regulatory environments across regions.
Nice to have
- Understanding of networking technologies (IP networking, 5G, LEO satellite connectivity, enterprise WAN).
- Advanced degree (MSc or equivalent).
