Product Manager - Personal Wealth (Fintech): Create customer experiences for retirement and personal wealth products that redefine financial services with an accent on strategy, roadmap ownership, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on influencing product strategy, leveraging research and metrics to drive impactful outcomes, and executing at pace through agile methods and A/B testing.
Location: Remote - Nationwide (US). Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship. Reliable high-speed internet (fiber, cable, or DSL) required; may need to work in office if home setup inadequate.
Base Salary Range: $96,100 - $135,700

What you will do
- Influence product strategy to maximize customer impact and financial goal achievement.
- Own product roadmap, aligning short- and long-term opportunities with organizational goals.
- Partner with design, engineering, and research to simplify experiences and boost velocity.
- Drive requirements, milestones, and approvals across cross-functional teams including compliance/legal.
- Define, track, and analyze KPIs using customer insights, quantitative analysis, and A/B testing.
- Challenge status quo to accelerate execution with focus on outcomes and user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years leading major digital direct-to-consumer products, collaborating with engineering, design, research
- Exceptional prioritization, stakeholder management (especially compliance/legal in regulated industry)
- Excellent communication, storytelling, organizational skills
- Analytical thinker comfortable with data insights
- Authorized to work in U.S.; no sponsorship
