Salary: $199,300.00 - $243,800.00

What you will do

• Define and oversee the vision, strategy, and roadmap for complex digital banking products and strategic transformations.
• Drive data-backed decisions across the product lifecycle to balance member needs and business priorities.
• Partner with technology, design, and analytics teams to identify opportunities and improve digital experiences.
• Lead improvements in product management processes to increase delivery velocity and outcomes.
• Manage product financials, budgets, and relationships with key industry vendors.
• Mentor and coach product leaders to foster professional growth and collaboration across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, business, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of product management or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience in financial services and overseeing all phases of the product development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to develop product strategies informed by the voice of the customer.
• Must be located in WA, TX, CA, or ID.

• Experience with open banking concepts and shaping open banking strategy.
