TL;DR

Creative Designer (AppLovin): Owning production of high-impact interactive ad creatives that lift CTR and conversions with an accent on MOF/BOF formats, HTML end cards, and interactive statics. Focus on building performant HTML units, rapid data-driven iteration, and AI-accelerated workflows for weekly asset delivery.

Location: Remote from Philippines, Europe, Indonesia, or United Kingdom

What you will do

  • Design MOF/BOF creatives optimized for AppLovin placements including statics, interactive HTML, GIFs, and short videos.
  • Build compliant HTML interactive creatives with tap/swipe/reveal interactions, end cards, and single-file packaging.
  • Reverse-engineer top performers and iterate based on CTR, CVR, engagement, and fatigue signals.
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing and Growth teams to scale winning formats and prioritize assets.
  • Leverage AI tools like Nano Banana Pro for concepting, variations, and workflow acceleration.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be in Philippines, Europe, Indonesia, or United Kingdom
  • Proven experience designing MOF/BOF performance creatives for AppLovin or similar networks.
  • Strong HTML creative build skills with interactive ad units or end cards portfolio.
  • Ability to convert statics to high-CTR interactive experiences.
  • Solid skills in static design, GIFs, short videos, product demos, unboxings, testimonials.
  • Proficiency with AI design tools including Nano Banana Pro.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AppLovin End Card Builder or equivalent HTML tools.
  • Advanced AI workflows with multiple tools or automation.
