What you will do

• Create and iterate on static and motion ad creatives for paid channels (primarily Meta) following brand guidelines.
• Produce lifecycle communications including emails, direct mailers, and card carriers.
• Translate conceptual ideas into scalable creative variations to support A/B testing and learning.
• Perform creative QA to ensure accuracy in regulatory text, formats, and exports.
• Collaborate with growth teams and product managers to define campaign goals and visual themes.
• Explore and adapt AI tools to increase the speed and quality of creative production.

Requirements

• 3+ years of design experience, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
• Experience producing high-performing digital marketing assets at volume for email, ads, and social media.
• Must be based in London to support the hybrid office schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain visual brand coherence at pace.

• Motion graphic skills.
